''Grammia f-pallida'' is a moth of the Arctiidae family. It was described by Strecker in 1878. It is found from south-eastern Utah and Colorado south to eastern Arizona, New Mexico and eastern Texas. It has also been recorded from west-central Nevada, and probably also occurs in Mexico. The length of the forewings is 13.9 mm. The forewings are dark brown to black dorsally with pale buff to ivory bands. The hindwings are pinkish red with black markings. Adults are on wing from late April to early May and again from July to August.
